I love this place
It’s a lovely home perfect location and it’s safe. It’s got a good maintenance team. It’s on there is an issue it’s fixed it. It’s pet friendly and has a nice dog park. I’m going on seven years living at Delaware on primrose.
really love how peaceful and quiet and safe feeling these apartments are and living here is and how beautiful the neighborhoods are here to walk in and how close so many things are in walking distance like walmart, the mall, restaurants, farmers market, parks etc, its really nice and convenient. I do not like how there hardly seem to have employed maintenance so it may take months to get anything done because they say only emergency requests will be done until they hire someone and I've been here five years and multiple time... read more
I just signed my new lease. I’ve been here 16 years at Delaware on primrose. It’s very quiet, lots of businesses in walking distance. I don’t like to swim but the pool is kept very clean. So many of the patios have beautiful flowers to look at as you walk your dog or your dogs walk you. I hope you come and live with us soon.
My experience here has been very good, quiet, and comfortable. I love my unit inside and outside. The pool is wonderful. I miss the community laundry room but this a good area. I’ve been at DOP for almost 5 years.

I've been here for two years and love the location. I appreciate security on the property. Staff are very friendly. Katelyn is lovely.
Wonderful place to live, close to shopping, staff here is exceptional
I’ve lived at Delaware on Primrose for a year now and it has been great! The management always communicates, the amenities are nice, and the apartment itself is great! I like that they are pet friendly (and so does my cat🤭). The parking is also really nice. I lived downtown for a year before this and parking downtown was a disaster, so I very much appreciate the easy parking. Overall, it’s just been a lovely experience.
