Delaware on Primrose is a great place to live. We have a dog park, a basketball court, children's playground and swimming pool. Lots of shopping nearby, most within walking distance. Management is very helpful and nice. We have lived here for 4 yrs. We love it here!

I love it here at Delaware on Primrose. Starting 7th year, and don't regent living here. My wife Donna and I, and our Pug dog Roxie. So close to everything, nice staff and owners. If you seek comfortable living, this is the place.
This is my first time writing a review for Birdeyes, so here it goes. I live at at Delaware on Primrose, and I want to say just how much the management staff has been so wonderful. Starting my 7th year now, and never had any real complaints. Sure at first it was difficult to get anything done. But all that changed, and if anything needs fixing, it gets done right away. I just renewed my lease for another year. Landscaping is beautiful and well kept. Plenty of anemities; pool is fenced, washer dryer hook ups, laundromat on site, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, ceiling fans, refrigerator. Walking distance of shopping center, restaurants. City bus is close. Dog park fenced. Security keeps residents safe. Maintenance & Manager are fast & reliable. Friendly neighbors.
I have been at Delaware on Primrose for several years. They have a great pool and a basketball court. I am happy here and it is a great place to live.

Great location, great amenities, and friendly tenants! Glad to renew my lease. Only complaint is maintenance issues have been common in our apartment.
