Delaware on Primrose is a wonderful little apartment complex. The price is very fair and the management team is great! Wooten has also been investing in both new amenities, like the new dog park, and repairing current ones, like getting the ADA ramps remade for better access. The maintenance team is also really good. They're very reasonable on response times and will stick to the times they tell you they'll be there. Been living since renewing my lease, started my 7th year. The location here is great, close to everything, and they added a dog park here so our dog Roxie can run around . She loves it, and the Manager and maintance are wonderful .If starting up a family, Delaware on Primrose is the place.
Good price and location. I like that there’s a laundry room you can use and a pool for the summer.

We have lived in the Delaware on Primrose complex for going on 6 years now. The apartment itself is decent, and due to my fiancé's disability we have a good sized handicap accessible bathroom. The location is optimal, close to shopping, doctors, and major highways. The complex is also on a couple bus routes, for easy public transportation too. We enjoy living here, we get surprisingly good sunset views.

Great area bridge shopping close to the hospital that in there and thorough maintenance seems to be pretty good good size apartment balcony grounds are well cap trash is picked up probably.
I just renewed my lease at Delaware On Primrose for my 3rd year. Beautiful landscaping, fenced in pool; very clean, dog park fenced in, all the anemities; washer & dryer hook ups, garbage disposal, dishwasher, ceiling fans. Walking distance shopping center, restaurants and city bus stop is close.
