My 7 year old was transferred there from the hospital in Dunlap, when we got there by ambulance someone took our information then left us alone for at least 30 minutes. I ended up complaining to get a doctor or nurse to tell me why my daughter wasn't getting medicine threw her iv . They finally sent in a doctor to order her an antibiotic and fluids. We were told that she would have to stay the night then at midnight were told we can go home. We had no ride so we had to wait hours for them to get us a cab . We didn't get home... read more
This is first time, I took my son to Thompson children hospital. I really love it and appreciate it to all of staff. Physician Stanfield Jennifer, Stemer. Sarah .She was really unto it care of my son. So nurses Morris , Marissa and pound John. ���. They did fabulous job .Thanks again.
So we took my daughter to the er last night to get her face looked at just for them to walk in the room say they don't know what it is and didn't do anything for it and sent us on our way. The very next day I realized they gave me somebody else's insurance card and when I called them today about it they said sorry there is nothing we can do call your insurance company and ask for a duplicate. Like really that's all you have to say for mixing up my daughter's and some other child's insurance cards. I am one angry momma. This ... read more
