My daughter had Pyeloplasty Surgery on Thursday, 12/22. Every employee that had anything to do with my daughter's care, from registration to her discharge, were super! A special review of excellence to Dr Zmaj, & to Miranda, (my daughters 3rd floor night shift nurse), for being so compassionate and attentive during a very hard night for my daughter. Yesterday my 4 1/2 year old son had tubes placed in output sx. We were treated with respect and as if we were part of their family. From preoperative care to sx and then to recovery was a wonderful experience.
My daughter had to have some test done her bladder. The staff she came in contact with was outstanding!! She felt at ease and was comfortable with every doctor. Even though the staff conducting the test was great, we had an appointment at 10:30 yesterday morning to have the results explained to us and see what we can do. we wasn't seen until going on 1:00 pm and we were there a little after 9. My daughter was starving when we left.
My son had an appointment at the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic yesterday and today. After his appointment I asked valet to get my but they claimed they had lost my car keys or they might possibly be in another car. After searching for over an hour they told me they would have a locksmith replace my keys. I told them it would be impossible that they would have to get it from the dealer.
