The staff was very professional not only do they care for the child but they also care about the comfort of the family

Very displeased. Gave my child one test and then stated that they didn't know what it was. They didn't know what to do. Needless to say, we are at home alternating meds and calling in to the pcp to actually find out what is wrong with my son. Fever still spiking. They didn't try to help us at all.
The hospital is not the cleanest and when I brought my seven your old son for a high fever that has leukemia he was kept in the ER around all those sick people coming in and out for ten hours with no white blood cells to fight off infection I was very mad and disappointed my son could of caught something else being in the ER that long this was really devastating and I do not appreciate it at all now he has a room in the hemoc/oncology wing it is such a small room with no refrigerator for his drinks and food the room is so sm... read more
