Went through the Children's Outpatient Surgery. All the staff we dealt with were very caring. Dr Herz is the best. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Tks to everyone for your care given to us.
Took My Daughter There Sunday Jan 22, She Was Tested Positive For Flu. Everyone Was Friendly. No Wait Time. Took Right Back. It Took A Few Before The PA Came By The Room. But They Took Good Care Of Us, Making Sure She Was Alright And That She Had Everything She Needed.
Upon arrival for my daughter's EEG, the Children's ER was unaware of our orders for us to be there. We waited about an hour and a half before finally being brought upstairs. Thankfully, after those details were straightened out, we were INCREDIBLY BLESSED with an amazing Nurse on the 4th floor Children's PEDS (Maggie). We also had the best EEG Tech, Elizabeth. I hate this place. They lack professionalism when it comes to communicating updates of patients with their parents. We've been here in PiCu going on 3 weeks.
