The amount of patience that was displayed in the E.R. with my VERY difficult two year old was fantastic! The care they give is far above what I have ever seen displayed at our local hospital in Cleveland. It's well worth the drive for me! Dr. Magill is amazing.
Once I finally got my son seen by someone, things were fine. The wait was ridiculous.
Actually, the staff was VERY friendly. They made sure we were comfortable and didn't have a want for anything. The Physicians were easy to talk to and addressed all of our questions thoroughly.

All the Dr's nurses and other staff were great. The reason why I only gave 4 stars was because when the lady at the admissions desk who was on duty yesterday that called our name. She spoke too quietly for me to hear her. Well because it's always a stressful situation when you child has to have a surgery. I couldn't sit very long so I got up and walked around the lobby. My son is in children's he had his appendix removed and the hospital staff was the best....each one was kind,gentle and very comforting to my child....we had a wonderful experience here....definitely somewhere I would bring my child back to...thank you for providing a wonderful atmosphere for him during his recovery! !!!!
We had a great experience last night in the ER and on the floor in our regular room and during surgery! My daughter broke her arm and all the staff treated her amazing! We also loved when the volunteers came around and let us meet Lexie the Golden Retriever and when they brought crafts! We were very pleased with the care she received! Thank you .
