Mass disorganization. Arrived for doctor appointment and EKG was done. Then we were told to go to where we came in to get an x-ray. Signed in and waited approximately 20 minutes when a girl came out and stated she didn't have an order for an x-ray. I explained we were sent from the doctor's office and she told us we had to go back up there and get the order. I asked us she could call. She looked like I had told her I was going to rob her. Went to ER last night with a son who had cut his finger badly. Everybody was incredible, from the valet to the registration to the nurse and the doctor. Our care was impeccable and I am thankful to have TC ER available.

I brought my 4 month old soon to the hospital last night because we were told to by his pediatrician due to possible croup. Well we got there around 4 pm and went through triage fine then was sent to sick waiting. A doctor came in and listened to his chest and left. (Without saying anything) they get us back to a room and we wait for hours and another doctor comes in, listens to his chest, then leaves. Without saying a word.
