I had a wonderful experience both in person and online with Brilliant Earth. The team was responsive and efficient and I now have a ring that absolutely love. I've seen lots of complaints about the white gold here, but as it was carefully explained to me, this is a natural feature of white gold (the top layer eventually rubs off and exposes the yellow gold beneath) and those who want pure white gold look should opt for platinum. I will not ever recommend this company to my friends and family. I ordered a sapphire gem stone on March 11th, 2023. Per company policy, they stated they will guarantee the date of delivery by sending out a confirmation email the day before with tracking number information. I have had some issues with brilliant earth and my engagement **** beginning with the first 2 months of my engagement. I had to send my **** back twice for the same problem and it wasnt until I finally got in contact with *****, that she helped me and really solved the problem. Ordered the rings online. Seven months in we had an issue with the coating on white gold bands. Called customer service up, sent the rings back for repair. When the rings were returned they were beautifully done. **************** was professional in the way they handled our claim. We will use them again.
