Nothing but good a experience since buying my fiance's engagement ring a year and a half ago. Accurate updates from purchase to receiving in terms of shipping. I picked the size based off other rings she has so it was a few sizes too big. Re-size process was easy and very quick turnaround. I was very pleased with the online ordering process. We ordered 2 wedding bands and received them right on time. We ended up needing a resize on one of the rings and a style exchange on the other. The customer service line was very helpful throughout this process - I ended up calling them a couple times for status updates. The new rings came sooner than expected which was great and much appreciated!

Each individual we've worked with has been super knowledgable and incredibly helpful in getting us everything we needed along the way.

Do not buy from this scam of a company Brilliant Earth!! The customer service is horrible! The ring I bought had an ******* fall out within 2 months of wearing it, I did nothing to make the ******* fall out. I sent an email the day it happened and it has been almost a month with no response. They do not care, Ive read horror stories from other people that have sent their jewelry back for repair and it takes months to get it back from them. Youre better off taking it to a reputable jeweler in your city, you wont get your mone... read more
