I love the customer service. I lost a diamond in my wedding band and they repaired it and made it look as good as new. My rings are beautiful. Their repair return time could be better, but in all, Im a happy customer.

Conflict free stones deserves 5 stars alone! I couldnt be happier with my experiences with Brilliant Earth! I purchased my wedding set and was so happy with the experience I referred my daughter who also purchased hers there. I also have my rings inspected on a regular basis. I purchased the Lavalier jewelry insurance they offer and WOW-did that pay off! I needed to have my center stone replaced and it was fully covered!!! I will FOREVER be a Brilliant Earth fan!

If there was a ZERO in this rating, Brilliant Earth would be the top contender for this rating. *****BUYER BEWARE***** DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Brilliant Earth. My husband purchased a 10 year anniversary ring and within a year of having the ring, the center stone became so loose that I almost lost the stone. Brilliant Earth made my engagement ring purchase super easy. Their customer service was helpful when I needed to adjust the ring size. Even after a couple years, they were able to fix some loose stones and repolish the band.

My experience working with ***** couldnt have been better. I had to make a change to my order and she went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were met. I will absolutely buy from Brilliant Earth again in the future based off this experience alone.

I wouldn't recommend them. Nice enough jewelry but poor customer service, unclear/unwritten policies, and unjustifiably high prices. The gold earrings I kept were nice albeit a bit over-priced in my opinion, hence two stars instead of one. **************** was problematic for me though. I recently picked out 4 bracelets as wedding gifts for my future sisters and mother-in-law. I sent each directly to the recipients' house, received the confirmation email with the expected delivery date of April 20th-April 25th, 2023. After that, I heard from them that the bracelet was actually out-of-stock and they wanted me to pick something else. The ring that we received was flawless. We had to have it resized and we got the ring back within a week! The customer service was excellent and its awesome to know the ring we have was sustainably made. Highly recommend.

Great product. Excellent customer service when I had an issue with my ring 4 months after purchase.
