Would highly recommend, I was searching many places for an engagement ring and loved how customizable the entire ring was, making it into something my partner and I both loved. The ordering process was extremely easy and shipping was accurate. I originally thought there was items missing from the package, and customer service offered assistance right away. I needed to get my husband's ring resized and re-engraved. At first, it was pretty complicated and difficult to get done. I believe I had to call a certain number during only a certain time of day during a certain time of the week, which was inconvenient for my work schedule. Then, they emailed me a shipping label that expired after 30 days. Unfortunately, with working from home, I don't get out to a post office very often. Brilliant earth has been great! I've gone to them for all my serious jewlery needs, and just got my push gift for my wife in addition to her engagement ring and her wedding band (mine as well). They've been great, with great customer service and an easy to navigate site. I highly recommend going to their show room, it's been personal and friendly and I plan on going back to them for my next jewelry need.

I had a need to have my diamond stud earrings repaired. All communications were clear and easy to follow. ***** labels provided via email, follow up email from BE when they were received, phone call from BE with solution and repaired earrings delivered on commitment date.
