I purchased a lab diamond ring online in May of 2020. I did not like the first stone chosen, I was able to complete an exchange without any problems. In April 2023 I was able to upgrade the stone. A completely new setting had to be made to accommodate the upgrade, I was given a 50% credit on the original purchase price of the platinum setting and was also given a discount on the new setting. I purchased my engagement ring online and picked up from the ******* showroom. I realized I chose the wrong setting (******* instead of Luxe *******). I informed the staff who was assisting me and she walked me through the process of changing the ring to the right setting. Now that would delay when I would get it officially, but it was still well before the proposal date. The ring arrived beginning of June and I picked it up same day and have had zero issues thus far!

I have ordered three pairs of sterling silver earrings from brilliant earth. The quality of the sterling is very high. It is super shiny and does not tarnish much. One of my earrings snapped in half. I was able to return it, and they sent me a new one.

My wife's wedding ring was out of warranty and we didn't have insurance. It was only a year and some change old yet two small diamonds fell out, one in each side exactly in the same location.
