Placed an order for an engraved wedding band on June 2, 2022 paid to expedite it to get it delivered on my wedding day June18,2022 After many emails going back and forth with their representatives, they assured me it would be delivered June 18. I had to send my fiancs engagement ring back three times and they have had the ring more than she has since our engagement in November. I bought my fiance an engagement ring in late April of this year. It is now mid June. The setting of the ring is made of 18K gold and the rhodium plating they used to give it the white gold finish is already coming off and causing the ring to turn yellow. It has only been 2 months and the ring is already starting to show signs of severe wear, something I never expected to have to see so soon. I am so disappointed with BE. I ordered a really nice ring, but ended up going with a different jeweler. I was VERY careful to follow every single return instruction. I had read other reviews and did not want them to accuse me of forgetting anything. I even returned the jewelry cleaner out of caution. But of course, they are accusing me of not returning the diamond certificate and they want to charge me 200+ dollars. Why would I keep that? Zero stars if possible. AWFUL and disrespectful company. Let me summarize by saying, of the 6 months weve owned the engagement ring, theyve had it back for 3 going on 4 months. Do NOT do a custom band with them as their teams are completely incompetent and unprofessional. They have no idea what a 90 degree angle is or what a straight line is for that matter. This is a review of the company as a whole, not this store.My 3 month old engagement ring lost an accent diamond. Shocked by how new the ring was and had already lost a diamond, I sent to have it repaired with brilliant earth. While they were repairing the ring, they were also to resize it. The ring returned to me about 2 weeks later repaired, but still the original size. I called the 800 number to figure out what happened and what to do next. Your check-out system needs more clear instructions and more agent education on the financing options. First of all, The finance option was throwing an error. The chat agent directed me to choose a Telephone option. However, once I choose that option and talk to a representative over the phone, the agent said that only full payment is accepted over the phone. The agent would have to send back my order for me to go through the finance option that did not work in the first place.

My fianc and I are located about half an hour away from Brilliant Earth in Georgetown. My ring was approximately $5,000. A few months after wearing my ring I noticed a small diamond on the halo was missing so we took it in, paid $150 for the repair, and received it back about a month later. On April 1st of this year I noticed another diamond was loose but hadn't fallen out yet so we took it in for the second time for repairs and again paid $150.
