***** was so professional and helpful! My husband proposed to me after the free ring sizing period passed (I was not in a place to pay the fee for the resize and wasnt able to wear my ring because it would slide off) and after just over a year of being married, my ring needed a new plating. I reached out on separate occasions to see if they would honor one free ring sizing and received a different answer each time.. obviously not ideal. I had a wonderful experience both in person and online with Brilliant Earth. The team was responsive and efficient and I now have a ring that absolutely love. I've seen lots of complaints about the white gold here, but as it was carefully explained to me, this is a natural feature of white gold (the top layer eventually rubs off and exposes the yellow gold beneath) and those who want pure white gold look should opt for platinum. Per company policy, they stated they will guarantee the date of delivery by sending out a confirmation email the day before with tracking number information.
