With our anniversary comping up I knew I wanted to get something special. My sister told me about Brilliant Earth and I checked it out. Amazing selection, great value, ethically sourced diamonds with tons of options. I'm happy with what I found and the whole experience.

Brilliant Earth describes itself as an "ethical" business but once you get to know them, it's pretty obvious that isn't strictly true. One example is simple to provide... the cherry pick reviews that they allow on their website and product listings. Like other unscrupulous businesses like Brilliant Earth, they only post 5 Star reviews on their products. I can't say enough great things about ********* *****. I have worked with the ********* *****team on a few different pieces. Most recently I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet and they just make the process so fun. Buying jewelry is a big investment, and ********* *****really assures you are in the best hands and comfortable with your decision. My now fiance purchased my engagement ring through Brilliant Earth and I am ABSOLUTELY in love with my ring. Since I received my ring I has purchased multiple finished jewelry pieces and couldn't be happier, I get complements on them all the time! I love their mission of sourcing beyond conflict-free jewelry. I have worked with their customer service team and they have been incredibly kind and helpful with my purchasing process.

Order placed and never received. It has been 5 weeks now and all the esteemed customer service has done is apologized without any progress. They have charged me and now not willing to refund. Very unfair business practice and they are in business of harassing customer in the name of customer service. They play phone tags, never have any updates and makes a customer jump hoops to get to talk to someone and then disconnect the call.
