I purchased a ring from brilliant earth. The ordering process was simple and the customer service representative was helpful with my questions. I have sent the ring back for two different services since: exchange and resize. **************** processed the requests efficiently and provided timely updates when requested.

I have had some issues with brilliant earth and my engagement **** beginning with the first 2 months of my engagement. I had to send my **** back twice for the same problem and it wasnt until I finally got in contact with *****, that she helped me and really solved the problem. She allowed me to pick an entire new setting without charge, helped with transfer**** my lifetime warranty from the Nadia **** over to the new setting which was very helpful. She added in my address to send the **** back to and promptly got back to me... read more

Ordered the rings online. Seven months in we had an issue with the coating on white gold bands. Called customer service up, sent the rings back for repair. When the rings were returned they were beautifully done. **************** was professional in the way they handled our claim. We will use them again.
