6 days. That is how long I had my engagement ring. 6 days that I was able to wear it. 6 days that I was on quarantine in my home. There was no wear and tear. There was no damage done to the ring. At the end of the 6th day, a manufacturer's defect caused a prong holding the main stone to break and the main stone to fall out. We tore our home apart and cannot find the stone. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Went to Brilliant Earth to pick out an engagement ring for my Fianc, I made it very clear to the sales rep that I would not buy a ring unless it could arrive before our trip (where I would propose), was assured by the sales person that it would be available for pickup in their showroom in time (which was supposed to be on a Tuesday). I really liked just how patient everyone here is, as well as kind. The staff knows their product inside out. Finding what we were looking for was real easy. I'm so very impressed with the whole experience.

We ordered a VVS1 diamond. When received, you could see immediately inclusions and cloudiness with the naked eye. We took it to get appraised by several other gemologists who all analyzed it as an SI1 !!! Its been h*** trying to get the proper help from Brilliant Earth. They are unwilling to work with us after sending the diamond back to them twice. They sent it back to us and told us it was dirt and if we have anymore questions to work directly with IGI, which they should do on our behalf. I regret coming here, this has bee... read more

My fianc purchased this ring and was given a time it would be delivered come to his surprise it was wrong. He called and customer service said if he re-purchased it that it would get sent faster. We finally got the ring, but now were out the cost of the first transaction. We have been getting the run around from customer service for over TWO MONTHS. Terrible experience. I canceled the order before it shipped. Called twice to confirm. They still shipped it without telling me. The package arrived unexpectedly and my girlfriend saw where the package was from. Ruined the surprise around the proposal. Turns out they sent the wrong ring. I had to jump through hoops to return the ring. Go anywhere else.
