Brilliant Earth is absolutely awful. The diamond fell out of our engagement ring after just a couple of months. We had a warranty with Extend, however it's been 4 months now and we still don't have our ring back. The customer service with Extend has been great, but unfortunately it's not the same with Brilliant Earth who is actually supposed to be doing the repairs. Great business overall. My now husband, bought my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth and I got his wedding band from there. I've been in the Austin showroom three times and received great customer service every time. I recently dropped off my husbands ring to get resized (.5 larger) and the process was smooth and delivery happened within the specified time frame.

This company ruined my engagement. I have had this planned for months, and this company made one of the happiest days of my lives one of the worst. I was told by 5 different employees 4 different delivery dates to the point where I am still waiting now for my ring. This is ridiculous and I am so disappointed in this company.

I have been completely satisfied with Brilliant Earth since becoming a customer over 5 years ago. From the intial purchase process of an angagment ring, to customer support over the past few years, this company has exceeded expectations in their communication and transpareny. I would recommend this business to anyone expecting a high quality product and service.

Completely ruined my engagement. My fianc ordered a ring that was too big and they wouldnt resize it because they said they could only go down one full size and I needed **** so they made him buy a whole new setting and only gave us $260 metal credit towards the new one from a setting he spent $1100 on just months prior.
