Excellent customer service and selection. The ring I ordered came one size too big, I received it back in record time, which is pretty impressive given it was only two weeks before Christmas. Will be returning in the future for any other jewelry purchases.

Have now bought three rings through Brilliant Earth (BE). They have always been prompt, straightforward and great to deal with. Have not had an issue with them. I am very skeptical of their current ratings as BBB is where people come with complaints about a business. Their scores on ***** ****** Maps, etc. are much higher. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I am now very happy with my engagement ring choice. The first setting was cheesy looking. The etching on the band was very irritating, the corners sharp, the band very narrow and it didnt fit. I scheduled a 2nd appointment in their showroom and got great guidance from the manager. She helped me find the perfect setting and size it well. I love their satisfaction guarantee. I completely enjoy my ring and they stuck with me until I was very pleased.
