My wife's wedding ring was out of warranty and we didn't have insurance. It was only a year and some change old yet two small diamonds fell out, one in each side exactly in the same location. I love the customer service. I lost a diamond in my wedding band and they repaired it and made it look as good as new. My rings are beautiful. Their repair return time could be better, but in all, Im a happy customer.

Conflict free stones deserves 5 stars alone! I couldnt be happier with my experiences with Brilliant Earth! I purchased my wedding set and was so happy with the experience I referred my daughter who also purchased hers there. I also have my rings inspected on a regular basis. I purchased the Lavalier jewelry insurance they offer and WOW-did that pay off! I needed to have my center stone replaced and it was fully covered!!! I will FOREVER be a Brilliant Earth fan!

Conflict free stones deserves 5 stars alone! I couldnt be happier with my experiences with Brilliant Earth! I purchased my wedding set and was so happy with the experience I referred my daughter who also purchased hers there. I also have my rings inspected on a regular basis. If there was a ZERO in this rating, Brilliant Earth would be the top contender for this rating. *****BUYER BEWARE***** DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Brilliant Earth. My husband purchased a 10 year anniversary ring and within a year of having the ring, the center stone became so loose that I almost lost the stone. I called customer service to be informed that I must pay $150 to "repair" the ring as it must be MY fault for continuous wear.Now one year later....2 years after having the ring, I notice a small chip in the ring an... read more

Brilliant Earth made my engagement ring purchase super easy. Their customer service was helpful when I needed to adjust the ring size. Even after a couple years, they were able to fix some loose stones and repolish the band.
