My experience working with ***** couldnt have been better. I had to make a change to my order and she went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were met. I will absolutely buy from Brilliant Earth again in the future based off this experience alone.

I wouldn't recommend them. Nice enough jewelry but poor customer service, unclear/unwritten policies, and unjustifiably high prices. The gold earrings I kept were nice albeit a bit over-priced in my opinion, hence two stars instead of one. **************** was problematic for me though. I asked to cancel an exchange related to a different item weeks before they planned to ship, and they initially refused. **************** later said they would be happy to cancel the exchange, but they came back a few days later saying they w... read more

I recently picked out 4 bracelets as wedding gifts for my future sisters and mother-in-law. I sent each directly to the recipients' house, received the confirmation email with the expected delivery date of April 20th-April 25th, 2023. After that, I heard from them that the bracelet was actually out-of-stock and they wanted me to pick something else. The ring that we received was flawless. We had to have it resized and we got the ring back within a week! The customer service was excellent and its awesome to know the ring we have was sustainably made. Highly recommend.

Great product. Excellent customer service when I had an issue with my ring 4 months after purchase.
