Brilliant Earth recommended a great insurance plan (Lavalier) when I purchased my ring years ago, and I finally needed to use it after a small accent stone fell off of the ring. Filing a claim with ******** was easy, sending the ring to Brilliant Earth for repair with easy, and a $0 deductible was the cherry on top! Thanks for making my ring stronger than ever.

I cannot leave a negative enough review of this business. Absolutely do not purchase anything here. I attempted to purchase an engagement ring here because my girlfriend has always wanted a ring from here. After paying with cash I was called two weeks later to say that my diamond was sold to someone else and that I had to pick a new diamond. While I was not able to get the diamond I wanted I was able to find a new diamond that was quick ship because my proposal date was approaching. Every time I go to the Brilliant Earth store in ******, ** customer service is always great! and they clean my ring for free. I have gotten 2 rings resized and both times we received updates very quickly and shipping was VERY fast. I've only had to wait about 1-2 weeks for the resizing/shipping.Also, I just LOVE my petal diamond ring and versailles wedding ring. I plan to buy more jewelry soon!

I would highly recommend Brilliant Earth.. My rings are beautiful, shipping time was not bad at all and the way they ship their rings and the packaging they come in is awesome! I recently sent my rings back to have them soldered together and Brilliant Earth sent them back in brand new packaging, a new ring box and all within a couple weeks.. Very great customer service. I would definitely not hesitate at all in purchasing from them again in the future!!

Macee at Brilliant Earth is the best. When we ran into some issues with my bands she got on the phone with me and didn't rest until we'd figured out a solution. I felt so taken care of by her truly exceptional customer support.
