Another great experience with Brilliant Earth. An engagement ring and wedding band we purchased over 10 years ago got damaged in an accident, the staff was very professional and courteous, and the repair was completed in a timely manner and looks as good as new! We highly recommend Brilliant Earth!

They sent a damaged ring. My fiance paid for the extra insurance so we sent it back to get fixed. 2 months later they hadn't gotten to it. Then when they said they did fixed and sent it to the warehouse to get sent back they did not send any tracking information. We waited several weeks and they kept saying its in the warehouse on its way to you. A month later we called again and they said that amazon had lost the package. We were told it would be 3-4 weeks to get a refund. We are now 4.5 weeks later and when we called today... read more

I cannot emphasize enough how utterly disastrous my experience with Brilliant Earth has been. If I could give them zero stars, I would do so gladly. From the moment I walked into their store, it was clear that their customer service was abysmal. After an entire year of enduring their incompetence, I finally purchase an engagement ring. My 5 stars are for the production team for making my ring exactly what I wanted but its also for ******* which is one of the supervisors! I was having issues with communication for a little while with the representatives and not having updates with my ring.. Once ******* was involved with the situation I couldnt have been happier. She put my feelings into consideration making me feel so special and she got the job done! Brilliant Earth is the worst jeweler I have ever worked with. The quality and craftsmanship of their jewelry is extremely poor considering the price they charge. I bought the marquise wedding band. Over the course of 1 year of wear, stones fell out on 4 separate occasions (every 2-3 months). Each time we were offered a replacement of the stones or a remake of the ring. After 3 remakes of the ring, the stones continued to fall out. We pleaded repeatedly for a refund after being fed up with the repeated cycle of the ring break... read more

When the ring did show up, I had to hold onto it for a week until both our work schedules lined up and we were off. I gave her the ring, and a few weeks later, she came to me and told me that the ring is not what she thought it was going to be and didnt look like the picture.
