My husband and I had a wonderful experience in the BE showroom. Once we selected my engagement ring we ordered it and it was shipped so quickly. I received it within 2 weeks. We then ordered my husbands engagement ring as well from BE because we both wanted to wear rings and show our commitment to one another before the wedding. He loves his ring as well! If I could give zero stars I would. I got my engagement ring at the end of December. I got married at the end of may. By august most of the side stones had fallen out. They told me that it was my fault for the stones falling out. In their words, it isnt jewelry to be worn to do things while wearing. Including grocery shopping. I received a ring as a gift and the ******* in the center of it fell out within 2 months. I called the company to ask for a repair and they were incredibly kind and helpful in getting my order refurbished, polished, and shipped back in an incredibly timely manner with no charge. The staff went out of their way to call me multiple times unprompted to tell me the status of my ring. Very appreciative!!

Worst experience I have ever had with any business. Loved the engagement ring we bought but offered no guidance on finding a compatible wedding band. Show rooms were booked out for months. Bought a band and it didnt fit with the ring even though it said it was compatible on their website. That is false advertising. After spending hours online looking at various vendors and shops, I decided to make an appointment to see options at the showroom. My time spent working with the associates was pleasant and I had no pressure deciding on the best purchase of my life. Brilliant Earth made the process easy and had me sold from the moment I walked in. I can't recommend this company enough!(Side note: The resizing process is streamlined and simple!)

Simra is the definition of customer service. She obliterates the meaning of going above and beyond and this company does not understand how lucky they are to have her. I had a great experience! We purchased online, but needed to get it resized. **************** didnt have long waits like most businesses now post Covid. The agent quickly helped me request the resize, we sent it in and it came back it less time than quoted. I loved that it came repackaged like new again. Its already sad and disappointing when you buy the wrong size, the presentation helped ease the annoyance. I would shop again. Our ring is beautiful.

***** Z has gone sooo out of her way for me. I didnt have the best experience with other representatives but when they put me in contact with her, I was so relieved! She handled my issues respectfully, timely and professionally. She truly went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate how she maintained constant contact with me throughout our three weeks of correspondence. And she insured that I would recieve my ring on time! She is truly amazing!

Brilliant Earth recommended a great insurance plan (Lavalier) when I purchased my ring years ago, and I finally needed to use it after a small accent stone fell off of the ring. Filing a claim with ******** was easy, sending the ring to Brilliant Earth for repair with easy, and a $0 deductible was the cherry on top! Thanks for making my ring stronger than ever.
