I interacted with the resolutions manager, *****, for a unique issue concerning my order. ***** went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of, and guaranteed a returning customer out of me. I think BE has good products and deals as well. Extremely grateful for BE and Macee.

Not up to industry standards. I discussed concerns about side stones being off color they assured me they would be not noticeable they are clearly different color and clarity. Ring arrived dirty and was not made very well.

The representative I worked with was extremely helpful in assisting me to narrow my choices [based on my preferences] as it seems I could endlessly look at center stones and still not decide. She broke it down with a half dozen selections per day for several days of which the best of each group were finally my last "pick". Then I picked the band. We purchased two rings from them. The wedding band, ******, lost two diamonds over two years. It's just a bad design. We paid them $300 to have the first one replaced, but couldn't;t justify it the second time around. My wife posted an honest review that was posted, and then removed from their website. The review in NO WAY violated any guidelines. They deleted a negative review, plain and simple. Any company that would do that does not have the costumers best interest in mind. Another great experience with Brilliant Earth. An engagement ring and wedding band we purchased over 10 years ago got damaged in an accident, the staff was very professional and courteous, and the repair was completed in a timely manner and looks as good as new! We highly recommend Brilliant Earth!
