Worked after hours to fit me into schedule today; determined the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently - did a great job
I had called at 6:45 am to get my garage door repaired. Person on the phone told me the tech would be there between 9-12. At 12pm, still no tech, so I called. They told me that the tech was running behind, and should be there between 1 & 2. At 3pm, called again, they said he was on his way. At 3:30pm the tech called me and told me he was about an hour out from my house. So, at 4:35pm, he got their, and finally fixed it. Other than the scheduling with the third party person (Home Shield), the technician was great, the installation went well overall, and I was pleased with the company.
Service was outstanding. Service technician Aron was professional and friendly. Evaluated the garage door opener that we had and gave us honest answers to our questions. Gave us the time frame for taking down the old garage door opener, installing a new system, and servicing the garage door itself. True to his word he was done on time, cleaned everything up, and the new garage opener works fantastic. Outstanding service, honest, what else can you ask for.
Technician was great!!! He came on a Sunday and stayed until our equipment worked.flawlessly!

He seemed knowledgeable and explained why everything he was doing was necessary for the preservation of the garage door.
