The technician came right on time. His name. Was Aaron . He was very polite and courteous. I had originally called to inquire about the lube and tune special. Explaining that my doors were very squeaky and noisy when opening or closing. I assumed this lube and tune service would eliminate the noise. I wish the person answering the phone had explained that the lube service doesn't necessarily quiet a door. So therefore to my surprise. I was shocked when Aaron said in order to fix the noise. This is the second time I've used this company and I've been very satisfied. The first time was for a broken spring and the second, my cable and rollers malfunctioned causing the door to lower unevenly, breaking one of the rollers and causing the door to come out of the track. The technician (David) did a thorough evaluation and explained what happened and why. He made the repairs quickly and professionally. The Service I received was excellent. Chris was knowledgeable and courteous. He did an outstanding job on identifying and replacing the worn out parts of my garage door operating system.
The service I got was amazing. Even more, the products I had installed work better than I could imagine. They replaced my rollers and opener. The noisy door I had is now almost silent when in operation. I never could have imagined for my door to be so quiet. The installer was very fast and finished the entire job in about 40 minutes. I highly recommend this company.
I called on a Sunday night and they were here promptly on Monday morning. Chris Anderson explained what was wron with my spring and quickly gave me my options. He gave me an estimate and got to work right away. He inspected my second door and noted issues and was able to add that in at a large discount. CHris was amazing! Quick and he cleaned up everything.
