Our technician, Rafael was great! Showed up early and installed a new opened very quickly. He took the time to explain, and show us how to operate the new equipment. Would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing new equipment or having it serviced.

At no fault of the technician, more upset with the person who I scheduled the service with. I noted think I needed the Lube and tune special for $39.95 ($129.95 value) coupon we received in the mail. He asked what was going on with the door. I explained the issues and he replied not problem we can take care of you and proceeded to schedule the Lube and Tune service. David did a great job of identifying and fixing my garage door. He noted several items that needed attention and he took care of them to help ensure the door operated both with and without the door opener. He was timely and did great work.

I had a great experience with Garage Door Service. We chose a mutually agreeable date and time within the same week as my call. The technician had all of the parts he needed to convert our door to a torsion spring lift system which has been trouble free since the installation. It is quiet so I don't have to duck inside to escape the noise. Yes. We are very satisfied.
