Fabian and Richard were very knowledgeable. Fair in assessing the issue. Polite. Explained everything that 'should' be done as well as other options. Work was done quickly. Highly recommend!

Disappointed with the lack of customer response after the work was completed. There was minor damage done to my wall and photos were sent via email. I tried to reach customer service numerous times on different days, only to get disconnected or get voice mail. I then left a couple voice messages - have not received any type of response. Not the level of customer service that I expected.

I would recommmend garage door svc to anyone. David was my technician and did a great job in determining what the prob was with my opener. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Very pleased with the repairs that were done on our garage door. The technician was prompt and competent.
The tech was supposed to arrive by 11:00. About 11:15 my husband called the company, and at that time the tech was calling on the other line saying he was on his way and apologized for being late but the other job took longer than expected. Once he arrived he identified the problem, had all the parts in his truck and had our garage door repaired in less than an hour. The price was more than we had hoped, especially at Christmas time, but the door is fixed and was fixed quickly plus we have a lifetime guarantee.
Aron was very professional, arrived promptly, and started immediately. He was very courteous and knowledgable in his trade. I would request Aron again for all my garage door needs and service.
