I feel like they are very pricy, but Rafael did a good job and was able to make it out the same day I called.
We called the people that installed the garage door. We waited, and waited. No response. Called Garage door service. they told us when to expect the repair man. He arrived as scheduled, saw the problem and others, and made recommendations. I inspected his thoughts and agreed to have the work done. Rafael from Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Houston came out the next day after my call into their company. The wire that runs through the spring on the door had snapped and the spring was stretched way out of shape. He was right on it! Replaced both springs, adjusted the wheels and the door until it was level and even went above and beyond by adjusting the the opener and lubricating all parts for me as well. I would highly recommend this company.
David, of this company was very quick to point out a solution to our problem. He was most efficient and courteous. We would call him again.
They replaced my old opener & did an excellent job. Was here on time & did a complete installation in just over an hour. The technician was extremely courteous & helpful.
