He had the material on his truck to fix it and then he worked hard getting the job finished in a couple hours. It runs so quiet now I couldn't believe the difference when first I used it. I negotiated the price over the phone and got same day service! The technician got everything working in a short period of time! I requested wall controls with a light switch and he brought them back and installed them!
He was very knowledgeable and replaced the spring very quickly.
Thank you Rafael for coming out today to fix my garage door. If anyone needs a new door or just a fix he was awesome. Super nice and was very honest. We didn't have replace the whole door he was able to fix it. The day before Christmas Eve and didn't hesitate. He fixed it on the spot.
