The technician showed up exactly when he said he would. I wanted a new unit, but he took a look at the old one to see if he could save me some money. A quick look at the age of the unit and he agreed a new one was best. The tech installed the new unit in a little more than an hour and cleaned up as if he had not even been there. He showed me all the bells and whistles and left me with a whisper quiet unit that works and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company!
I called for service around 4:30pm hoping someone would answer and get someone over ASAP to look at my garage issue. They told me they would have a tech over by 7pm and courtesy call within 3 minutes of arrival. My tech David called around 5pm and arrived by 5:20pm. He looked at the garage door and knew the problem immediately. It took about an hour and half to fix the springs and cable problem. David gave me a very good pricing and would definitely recommend them. Had a very good experience with this firm and David!!!
