The cord broke. The Tech knew what to do he fixed it. I highly recommend him.
The young tech was a very mannerly young man, who spotted the problem with my door and told me up front what it needed and how much it would cost. He was efficient and had a very nice personality. I thought that the price was rather high for the work that was done, but that was not the fault of the tech. 10 rollers and 2 springs cost just under $550.00 but should last my lifetime.
Call was answered promptly. Tech, William M. was friendly, professional and efficient. I have no complaints! A little costly for me.
Had a stressful month planning a surprise bday party at our home. During moving things around our tension wire broke 50 people coming and door broke I called this morning and our guy was here by 1:00. Very professional and polite. Diagnosed our issues and explained to us what needed to be done. From there he took care of it. However do have to say didn't expect the expense it was. But overall experience with them was easy. Would definitely call them again. You get what you pay for�
The technician, Jolly, arrived about 3 hours after call which was perfect for us. Both openers were 14 years old, so decided to replace with two new ones. Jolly was very organized and good at this and in about 2 1/2 hours we had complete new systems for both doors. Now they run so quietly and smoothly. And, thankfully, we don't have to sleep with the garage left open tonight!

company misrepresented//no identification, business card, pretended to be Katy overhead door business--ask over phone and technican//no paper invoice//had two charges for $200 and $ 100 for questionable services//told no physical address nor could identify owner's name when called back with question over invoice could only be text and extra charge for credit card//billing is over $600 for door repair (roller off track and replaced spring other garage door) Peggy Strong
