Garage Door Service of Houston is absolutely fantastic. Richard Esquivel was our technician, and he couldn't have been more patient and understanding with me! He understood that I truly wanted to learn about the problem with my garage door, and took the time to explain the repair process for my broken spring to me. There were no surprise costs. He even gave me a tutorial on maintenance so that my aging garage door system would last a little longer. I am really pleased.
The repair was done several months ago. The installer was very professional and worked rapidly. the resulting installation looked good and has worked well. Nothing that could be called negative about the installation.occurred.
Had great service from our installer, would definitely recommend this company.
Our technician was fantastic, he worked on our garage door until midnight so we would have access to it opening in the morning. Ben was so polite, explained things to us, was interesting to talk to and a very pleasant person.
Couldn't rate the quality because they couldn't keep their appointment to give me an estimate! I called them and they said someone would meet me between 12 and 3 and they would call me 30 minutes prior..we'll, no call so I called them and they said they would call me right back! Nope, again no call back! Sad to say that they lost my business, and I lost a half day of work!!! Poor customer service!!

Our garage door spring broke last night, and this morning I called Overhead Garage Door service. The dispatcher was very courteous and efficient and the appointment was arranged for late morning. The technician from GDS arrive in time, presented the various options I have and upon my approval, Davis S. proceeded with the job which was done fast and according to the original estimate. I'm pleased with the David's work.
I called about my door not shutting. They came out the next day. The technician quickly fixed my door. The door is now shutting, running smoothly, and is very quiet. I spoke to Martin about some questions that I had about my bill and he was very helpful!
