The technician Mack called us at 7:15am Sunday morning and told us that he will be at our house around 8:00am. He was on time. He did a superb job with professional manner and efficiency. He also explained and communicated well. The springs and barings were replaced. We are happy with his service.

When our garage door wouldn't open completely, I called Garage Door Service the next day at 3:30, not expecting same day service. I was told a technician would be available to come by in the evening before 7:00. Chris Anderson, the tech, called at 6:00pm, said he was about 45 minutes away, and asked if that was okay. He was here before 7, explained everything to us, and work was completed by 8:30pm. Service included coil, springs and rollers replaced on one door, and rollers replaced on the other door, and both doors lubed. ... read more
I have used Overhead Door twice in the past 6 months (unfortunately) and they could not have been more efficient to deal with . Aaron was our technician both times and he was very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
