Poor guy got to our house about 6:45pm. I know he was ready to get home for the day. We needed two remotes for our garage door opener. Our equipment was a little older, so took a little research and time. Super nice guy dedicated to getting the job done.

This is the third time I've used this company and great service again. I called this morning (Saturday morning) and booked an appointment for between Noon - 3 and received a text around 2 that the tech was running behind. No issue, as I prefer the heads up so we can adjust accordingly. The tech (Dewayn) even called when he was about 15 minutes away making sure it was still ok for him to come. We needed our garage door repaired right away. The technician came out the next day and repaired it right away. He was polite , courteous, and very professional.
I believe this company is a Scam! They have continuously miscommunicated with me. Overcharged me on my first visit and still continue to misrepresent their service. Do not use them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The company is shady and will try their best to rip you off! They operate under multiple names, such as Neighborhood Garage Door Service, YES Garage Door Service, GDS etc. but the key is most of their names end in "Garage Door Service(s)" - they run inserts in MoneyMailer. Their M.O. is to tell you that you need more service than you do, then quote an astronomical price. When you question the price (as you should) the tech calls "the manager" to try to negotiate with you on the phone - think used car... read more

On Sunday morning I discovered my garage door spring had broken trapping my truck inside. They were at my house when they said they would be, explained everything clearly and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Richard and the other technician were, fast very thorough and professional.
When I called the FOURTH time for repair of an opener installed six months ago I told them I wanted a replacement at their cost. I was referred to a customer service representative who told me I would have to pay a service charge of $89. I asked for a supervisor -- she said she was the supervisor. I asked for a manager - she said she was top of the food chain. I asked for the name of the president of the company -- she said she didn't know.
