I needed my springs replaced and called to get a quote for a whole new door with springs and track and they told me 900$ so i had them just come fix the springs . When the guy showed up he tried to charge me 700$ to do the springs 200 less than a whole door with springs well the manager called me and they did it for 350$ in the end but i will never reccomend them to anyone i like.

Saturday, 10/21/2017 Contacted Neighborhood Garage Door Service Company for a replacement of my garage door opener. I explained that what I currently had installed was a Chamberlain belt drive unit and asked if they could replace the belt. He explained that it would cost over $200 and that it would be better just to replace the opener. Unfortunately my door came off the cable during Hurricane Harvey. I called the night before and made an appt between 7-10 am. By 930 no call, I called and was informed they would arrive after 12 noon. It would have been nice for someone to inform me of the change in the schedule. They finally arrived at 12:47. Richard and Santiago were very professional and helpful. They did a good job. Just wish the dispatch services were more timely. Keith came to our house at 6.45 p.m. on Sat, Sept 2 after working all day and after helping several folks with Harvey rescue operation. Even at the end of that long day, he was very pleasant and professional. Evaluated the problem, explained the options and helped us to select the most cost effective one.
