excellent service. garage door spring broke and garage door services came and fixed it within the hour. very impress
Richard and his helper came within the timeframe promised and were very nice and got right to work and they had our new garage opener up and running in no time. We appreciated their fast service and for coming as we are all still taking in the photos of the devastation Harvey left behind. I am very please.
Richard and his helper did a great job installing my high lift garage door.
The technician called 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was familiar with the problem I had matching my old garage door opener with newer and universal remote controls. Many people on-line complained that they had to scrap the old model and purchase new. This tech., Richard, made more than one attempt to match a remote control to my old GDO but he succeeded saving me the expense of purchasing a new system.
We called NGD this morning due to a broken spring on our garage door, therefore, we couldnt open the door. Within 2-3 hours a technican was here and replaced the parts and we were back in business. The technicans cleaned up afterwards and all is working again.

Technician was courteous & knew his job well. He was here to fix the issue not resolved by the previous technician. He was helpful & did the repair quickly. I just wished I had gotten him the first time around!
Very knowledgeable and professional. Two great guys, and the guy that took our phone call when we couldn't get the one Homeshield ref us to to call us back. Paid out of pocket but we'll worth the service we got and transferable warranty when we go to sell the house.
Kerwin, the tech who installed my new electronic garage door opener, was so very professional, explained things well and was really delightful.
