The techs were great! I was in sticker shock, but was not about to mess with those springs! I did not ask enough questions! Hopefully I learned something!�
I had my crappy builder installed cheap Genie replaced with a Liftmaster from Neighborhood Garage door service. The technicians were very thorough and professional from the arrival pre notice to the clean up of the old system. These guys were top notch and very pleasant to work with - recommend them to anyone

Excellent response and service! Our door is old, wobbles, moans for year and finally crashed, came off the rails, on the final day of the holiday weekend, of course. We made the call at 3 PM, was surprised they offered to schedule service today, I reminded them it was after three already, and was assured they had tech in the area finishing another job and would be there before 6 PM. The spring on one of our garage doors was broken so we called the Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Houston. The technician came promptly at the appointed time and assessed the situation. We have three doors and they each had a problem of some sort. Chris, the tech, explained each individual problem and set about correcting everything. He finished in the amount of time that he thought it would take, gave us a bill and went on his way. He was very courteous and efficient and was a pleasure to do business with.
