Very unimpressed with this dealership, we bought a used RAV4 on Labor Day weekend. We were told that someone would reach out to us about getting our windows tinted (which we paid $399.00 for, Which is ridiculous) and nobody contacted us. We went down there today to get our green slip and to get answers. We were told that due to a missing signature they could not release the green slip and that our car was already tinted. I needed to find a new vehicle for my family. When I walked into Autonation Toyota I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Their staff are very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend them to any of my friends or family that are looking for a new vehicle.
I went in to Auto Nation on East Sahara in Las Vegas to have some work done on my Tundra. The OTHER dealership that I bought it from was Giving me the run Around, so I Brought it here. I had several Items worked on and Was Ecstatic with the Service . The Service Writer Michelle McAteer did an Outstanding Job with my Visit. Everything was Done Completely and in a Timely Manner. I've been going to AutoNation Toyota for since I arrived in Las Vegas 4 years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've always gotten great service and my car fixed in a timely fashion. JG
I had the flat tire, Brandon service technician took care of it. I waited 2hrs Brandon called me that SUV RAV 4 was ready so I went got home I double check the tire I notice there were something missing, logo of the rim we're missing and valve cover. I called Brandon to have look at it, didn't have the part so Brandon ordered the parts. When the parts arrive they called me. You really have to checked what services they done, before leaving. Overall I'll give them 3 1/2 star.
