I enjoyed my experience with the family at Toyota they made me feel very comfortable. Normally I am very pleased with the service I receive. However, Saturday it was not clearly explained that the additional brake work that needed to be done was in addition to the 50,000 checkup fees so when I went to pay, I received a big surprise in what I owed. I was expecting ~$350 total bill only to find it was over $500. Quite a shock!!
I purchased a used 2013 Mercedes E350 Bluetec, I never looked at the car as I live in SF Bay Area. The ar was shipped to me from AN in Las Vegas. The sales Rep Steve Tenwick explained about the car. I purchased the car. Steve arranged for shipping and the car arrived. the Floor mats were missing and Steve covered that promptly. I am very happy with Professional, courteous and friendly service Steve provided. The car is absolutely beautiful. The price was very reasonable. I will certainly buy from Steve & Autonation again.
Had to go into the shop pretty hastily due to a flat and then my spare going flat the next day. They were very accommodating with my requirement of being towed to the store and got me an appointment day of. Ivan, my service technician, is extremely nice and helpful. You can tell he wants to make sure your car is operational and that your safety is of a primary concern.
