Been coming here for years now and I am really glad that Mark G is back.
They lost your paperwork!!!!!! Really after 2 and half hours-they said it needs 1.5 hours to be ready-yes after 2.5 hours waiting for my first service here I have to wait another hour because they lost your paperwork and they find out that after 2,5 hours that happened in big car dealership like auto nation Toyota!!!!! I know I got free service for first 25k miles there, so I have to do it there till that or maybe not our time is more valuable, Anyway after that definitely I am out of there.
Tanner Massanari made buying a new car super easy! He set the bar for knowledge, customer service, and all around honesty! I’ll definitely be recommending him and this location to my friends and family!
Everyone was very nice! Not sure if a vehicle wash is complimentary or part of the oil change service but my 4Runner was not washed when they told me it would be! Other than that, nice experience.
It was wonderful buying my new car at Autonation Toyota. Mike G. was helpful every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier.
