For an oil change , tire rotation, and car wash it was about 3 1/2 hours! My recommendation is don’t buy a Toyota!! Unless you have all the time in the world to spend at the dealership! I used to take my Toyota sienna to get serviced at the Centennial dealership, it was just as long. I thought let me go to a different dealership maybe they will have better service, but NO!! I blame it all on the management!!

Very thorough job. Dropped my car off after hours and left my keys, along with a note, in the drop box. Received a call next morning telling me what they would do, how long it would take and an estimated cost. Gave them permission to go ahead and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back at the time he had quoted. His quote was pretty much spot on from what he had told me that morning. I have found a new dealership/garage for my Toyota.

CJ is awesome! I went in last week to get my brakes done, and to my surprise they had to do a few other things so he said he could get me a complimentary rental car for the day! And they didn’t even have my car very long. Maybe four and a half hours or so. I always get great service here! Thanks CJ!
