they don't care about their customers. they are only interest in bleeding you money. don't buy your car there. most disgusting is they will tell you you are a VIP and then distract you while signing documents. your negotiated rate of 1.9% for 5 years becomes 2.9% for 6 years and the GM said, oh sorry, we cannot do anything, you signed the papers. they used to make you feel valuable. now, they make you feel like you are nobody. 18 years as a customer and did not mean anything.

had a recall for my transmission they told me 3 hrs it only took 1 1/2 they were great
Had a recall on my air bags. Service was great! Roy was so helpful friendly and efficient! So was the shuttle driver! Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will be going back to Auto nation when I decide to buy a new car! Thanks guys!
