Mike was great! It was awesome that they have a shuttle to give you a ride home since I had a few hours worth of repairs. After about an hour, Mike also followed up with me to let me know that it was actually going to take longer. It didn’t matter to me since I was hanging out at home anyway! Then when it was ready, he let me know that the wait on the shuttle would be awhile, so they offered to pay for my Uber. Overall, awesome experience.
