I made an appointment for an oil change and when I got there, they said it’ll take 3 hours cause they’re busy. I mean what’s the point of making an appointment? So somebody drove me back home so I didn’t have to wait there for 3 hours. Then about 45 minutes later they called to say my car is ready😤 So my wife and I had to drive there later in the afternoon using another car. Totally wasted my gas, time, and mileage.

RecommendedSeems to take a long time to get minor repair yet the service manager Mike Guilfoile is great and I keep coming back to the dealership just because he checks in with me often and keeps me posted and seems to know my length of patience. He also knows my name and I come back for him rather than the oil change etc
