I had a great experience at AutoNation Toyota. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told it would take 2 hours but was done in about 40 minutes. They also found other issues with my car and instead of trying to pressure me into buying whatever it was they explained my options and let me decide. I felt like I was treated with respect and not tricked into any unnecessary charges. The staff was very very helpful. I had Ivan and he was amazing. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

took 2 plus hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. coming from Oregon maybe I had an elevated expectation of customer service but felt like I was #671 not a person, I will give the other Toyota dealerships in the valley a chance to earn my business long term.... service wasn't bad, they didn't do anything wrong.... but at over $100 for a basic oil change they definitely didn't wow me
