I normally let bad experiences roll off my back and learn from them but this one stung! My husband and I went in beginning of June ‘18 to trade in our Camry for an older Sienna. This is my second lease experience with this dealership. Both times there was no pressure. I was very happy with the lease experience and would definitely advise this dealership. Derek was very helpful and understanding.

I arrived at 8am for my appointment. William my agent asked if I needed a ride. Yes. Waited awhile. Funny thing was booted off the shuttle. I was the only one going north. Everyone else was going south. Lol. Ok. William, great guy, was with two other people. He looked alittle surprised. I explained what just happened.
