This is the Absolute Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Had. They are the Rudest People I have ever had to deal with. I don’t see how they stay in business!!!!! I will be sure to let everyone I know how they treated me after purchasing a car from them 2 months ago!!!!!! Wish I would have looked them up here on F/B before I bought the car. Would rather give my business to place that deserves it!!!!!
I have taken my vehicle in MANY times and have never had any issues. I have also read several reviews regarding the waiting area, coffee bar, etc. and COME ON PEOPLE. It's a car dealership, not the lobby to the Waldorf Astoria. The past few visits I have dealt with Roy Transfiguracion and he is always transparent and helpful during the entire process. I will continue to service my vehicle with them and most likely purchase my next car from AutoNation (Especially with the generous offer they'll extend for such a nice review..... read more
