On a Saturday, like 2 days ago, at 11:30 a.m. for the 12-month ToyotaCare service on my car, you could see a throng of vehicles pulling in for a similar reason. But the fact that Ivan Mandapat took care of me, the reason to have a great day was him. There were a lot of courtesy services performed on my car which did not transpire for its 6-month service in California at Carson. I recently found myself in a very sticky situation when my vehicle began to make a loud popping noise when in motion. After some investigating, I found a bad U-joint in the driveline. I only had a few hours to fix the problem before catching a flight and was afraid our entire trip would be a bust. The Pros at Auto Nation Toyota went above and beyond to get me repaired and back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend their staff and facilities to anyone.
