The new service manager or the new boss inside the shop declined my request to wash my engine. I want to pay for it. The guy who was taking care of me feel really sorry about it. Everyone else has excellent customer service skills. Ale

We had our Prius previously services at this location but had never previously purchased a vehicle from Autonation Toyota. Being to lazy to drive to Henderson we stopped in and we are glad we did. Our Sales Consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. In my 25 years of buying vehicles, never have I enjoyed the experience. However Giovanni changed that, we truly had fun buying our new Toyota. Because of the experience we are now loyal customers to Autonation and their "no haggle" sales process and huge fans of Giovanni!

Purchased my Toyota Highlander from a different Toyota dealer and had to have my Highlander towed to the closest Toyota Dealership. Roy was friendly told me the problem and got back my vehicle in a little over an hour wait, that's service! Auto Nation Toyota is now my go to Toyota Dealership of choice.
My service advisor, Emanuel, was excellent. He was polite, helpful and explained to me how long it would take to diagnose a potential problem. My car was ready on time and drives great. I will return to Autonation next time I need service.
The advisor emmanuel was very helpful and provided great excellent service! I thought I wouldn't have a car while my car was being fixed but they took care of that and lend me a spare car for the mean time.
Have only had fast, professional, friendly service appointments here
