I've been at AutoNation Toyota twice in the past few weeks for service on my 2006 Matrix -- first to have a recalled airbag replaced and then to have axle boots replaced. Both times I had an appointment, both times the service was completed HOURS earlier than estimated, and probably not coincidentally, both times Tim P. was my service manager. I just bought a car from AutoNation Toyota - and worked with Daren Flood as my Sales person and Jonathan in the finance department. Aside from being nervous because of my less than stellar credit - this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Daren was wonderful and did not pressure me into buying something I didn't want and worked hard to find something I liked and could afford. if I was ever in the market for another car - he is the person I would see. My wife and I bought a 2017 Tacoma 4x4 off road about 3 weeks ago. The truck is amazing!!! Our sales guy Kay Nawabi was super cool and helpful. We financed through USAA car buying service, so everything went pretty smooth until we got to the credit guy. He was kind of a creep. I know he was just joking, but he rubbed my wife the wrong way and that bugged me. Have been coming to this dealership since moving to Vegas in 2005. March 18 of 2017 I just bought my 3rd new car here, a 2017 Corolla LE. Salesman Khairullah Nawabi is great. We got along great from the beginning. A person you would like to know outside of business. Finance was great as well. Service department is great, I usually go to Mark Guilfoile or Jose Jimenez. I do not plan to go elsewhere. If you want a great salesman see K. Nawabi, you will not be sorry. I am not. Oh and by the way, the 2017 Corolla LE is great!
