I have been taking my Corolla for years to this dealership, and the main reason I continue to go is because of Jose Jimenez. He is always very polite, knowledgeable, and I trust his advice regarding my car. Like four or five years ago I remember a time when I was told the car had an engine leak and was going to cost me over $250. I went with him instead, and it turn out to be something unrelated to the engine and covered by warranty. Have been going only with him ever since.
I went to Auto Nation for the first service appointment for my new 2017 Toyota Camry. William Lima gets the 5 stars. He was cordial and knowledgable. I needed help on the settings and use of the sound system. He coached me step by step and answered all my quesitons. I hightly recommend William and look forward to woring with him again. Our experience in purchasing our new RAV4 Hybrid was very positive. Gina Lilly very patiently guided us to our final decision, and made sure that we easily completed all the steps in financing. We were introduced to the service manager. All in all everyone was very cordial and welcoming.

Bought a new Rav4 from absolutely the best salesman, and the financial guy tailored our warranty to suit our needs. Terrific! The salesman was Jim Nilikanond. The only improvement I would suggest would be, in teaching the customer about the controls, etc. is to have the customer actually touch them, instead of watching someone else handle them quickly. Nothing like having to do it yourself!
Once again, great service from Roy (service advisor)...I was in and out in less than 2 hours.
