Got our first brand new car here. We received a excellent customer service. Specially to steve who guided us in decition making and give us good deals... highly recomended.
Roy gave me great advice and excellent service on my Highlander. I really like the care my car was given, easy to get a ride home and also a nice car wash included.
Appointment times are not for your service they are to meet with the service advisor. Both times I've been here the staff has been rude and condescending. I will not be back after my service package is finished.
My fiance' and I ordered and purchased a 2017 4Runner TRD Pro from AutoNation. Due to the fact we were not first on the waiting list and special ordered a car, we had some waiting time. Daren Flood (our sales guy) communicated with me during the entire waiting period with no delay. Dealerships can be a stressful place but Daren is down to earth and does his job very well. We love our new car and will be going to AutoNation for all our service.

Sales department is horrible. My wife and I was trying to make a deal on a used car and no one wants to call us back!!!
WORST CAR LOT EVER!!!!!! Would never recommend anyone to go here. I had the WORST experience here!!!! Tried to give me a fucked up car TWICE that transmission was going out and the finance guy I had was the WORSE finance guy ever! They did me so wrong I would NEVER go back!!!
